Hot Freaks at xBk Live
Hot Freaks broke up. Then Puppy Princess found a second life on TikTok, and suddenly a Minneapolis five-piece that had already called it quits had a new audience asking questions. The band reunited, and now you can hear them live at xBk Live in Des Moines on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 7:00 PM. A song that found listeners years later gives this band’s comeback an unusual starting point.
The reunion carries weight because it wasn't inevitable. Hot Freaks Forever gives those newer listeners more of the band to explore beyond that first discovery. Thesaurus Rex opens the night, adding another act to get to know.
Tuesdays don't usually offer much. This one does. Bring the friend who sent you the song first, or the one who still believes good music finds its moment eventually. Explore tickets for Hot Freaks at xBk Live and make time to get to know the reunited band.
