Bachman-Turner Overdrive at Hoyt Sherman Place Theater
You know the opening riff to "Takin' Care of Business" before the lyrics even start. You've sung along to "You Ain't Seen Nothin' Yet" in more cars, bars, and living rooms than you can count. Bachman-Turner Overdrive didn't just write rock songs; they wrote the soundtrack to memories you still carry. Monday, March 15, 2027, at 8:00 PM, Randy Bachman brings BTO's No Speed Limit Tour to Hoyt Sherman Place Theater in Des Moines, with the band’s catalog providing plenty for long-time listeners to connect with.
Bachman revived the group in 2023, leading a lineup that includes Tal Bachman, KoKo Bachman, Lance Lapointe, and Brent Knudsen. This is classic rock performed by musicians who understand the weight those recordings carry. A recording such as Let It Ride may carry its own road-trip memories for you. Those personal associations are a reason to get curious about the revived band, without counting on a particular live song.
A Monday night with BTO is the antidote to another predictable week. Bring someone who remembers when rock radio meant something. Share an evening built on music that refuses to fade. Explore tickets for Bachman-Turner Overdrive at Hoyt Sherman Place.
