AJ Mclean at Wooly's
AJ McLean spent decades delivering tightly crafted pop as one-fifth of the Backstreet Boys. Now he's stepping out alone as Alexander James, for a solo tour that gives long-time fans a different point of focus. The booking puts McLean at the center rather than presenting a Backstreet Boys group concert. Wooly's in Des Moines hosts AJ McLean Presents Alexander James: The Better Man Tour on Monday, January 25, 2027, at 7:30 PM.
McLean's background is built on rhythm, melody and precision pop songwriting. For someone who first followed him as part of a group, a solo booking offers a reason to get curious about the performer individually. The Alexander James identity gives this outing its own focus while his pop background provides a familiar starting point.
Bring the friend who remembers every lyric. Bring the person who wants to see what happens when nostalgia meets evolution. Let Monday night become an opportunity to follow another side of an artist you know. Explore tickets for AJ McLean at Wooly's.
